Ernie studied music arranging at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. While living and working in London, England he performed with the band, Da-Da that included Robert Palmer and played for singer Lulu.  Ernie has done many BBC recordings and West End shows in England.   

Ernie was an orchestra member for one of the well-known cruise ships for five years.

In United States Ernie has performed with Bob Hope, Little Anthony and the Imperials and many Atlantic City casinos and hotels.
